SUBSTANCE: device for cooling of recirculating exhaust gases (EGR) of internal combustion engine (2) in transport vehicle (1) includes line (4) for outlet of exhaust gases from internal combustion engine (2), turbine (5) located in outlet line (4), exhaust gas treatment component (18a, 18b) located in outlet line (4) in location place after turbine (5) relative to the exhaust gas flow direction in outlet line (4), and return line (11) having the possibility of recirculation of some amount of exhaust gases in outlet line (4) from location place to turbine (5) to internal combustion engine (2). Device includes the first EGR cooler (14), drive device (15) having the possibility of passing the air through the first EGR cooler (14) to cool down exhaust gases in return line (11), which are subject to the first cooling stage in the first EGR cooler (14), and at least one second EGR cooler (19, 20), in which exhaust gases in return line (11) are subject to the second cooling stage. Device includes air line (16) that passes at least from the first EGR cooler (14) to outlet line (4) in the location place between turbine (5) and exhaust gas treatment component (18a, 18b). Air line (16) has the possibility of supplying warm air from the first EGR cooler (14) to outlet line (4) to the above location place. The first EGR cooler (14) has such dimensions that air is heated in it to the temperature that is higher than exhaust gas temperature in outlet line after turbine (5).
EFFECT: improvement of exhaust gas treatment.
