SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises, at least, one air compressor 6a, 6b, first cooling system with circulating coolant, second cooling system with circulating coolant with temperature at ICE normal operating conditions lower than that of coolant in first cooling system, and, at least, one fed air cooler 9a, 9c arranged in intake line 8 for cooling by second cooling system coolant. Second cooling system comprises first radiator element 24 and second radiator element 36 arranged serially with first radiator element 24 in second cooling system to subject, at least, portion of coolant circulating therein to two steps of temperature decrease in one circulation cycle in second cooling system.
EFFECT: off gas temperature reduction to circulation air temperature.
