FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: two series oscillating LC-circuits of one frequency are used. The first series resonant circuit is tuned to resonance phenomenon occurring under condition of equality of the reactive impedance value of the capacitor to double value of reactive impedance of inductive transducer, i.e. XC=2XL. It is arranged on a bolted connection of seats of transport vehicles in lower part of the transport vehicle floor. The second series resonant circuit is tuned to voltage resonance occurring under condition of equality of reactive impedance value of the capacitor to the reactive impedance value of inductive transducer, i.e. XC=2XL. It is arranged on an obviously operative specimen of bolted connection of the seats. Strength of bolted connection of seats is evaluated as per deviation from zero value of voltage difference in the first and the second oscillating LC-circuits.

EFFECT: possible use of electromagnetic testing for evaluation of mechanical strength of a bolted connection of seats of transport vehicles.
