FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: transformer HV check device contains a static frequency converter (2) with multiple outputs (21, 22, 23) connected to the filtering device (6) that equally has multiple outputs (31, 32, 33) that are, in their turn, connected to the matching transformer (8) that, in its turn, is intended for connection to the transformer to be checked. The filtering device (6) has a filtering transformer (11). Envisaged between the primary side (111) and the secondary side (112) of the filtering transformer (11) is a grounded electrostatic screen (17). Branching off each output of the filtering transformer (11) secondary side (112) is a filtering capacitor (Cl, C2, C3). The filtering capacitors (Cl, C2, C3) are delta-connected to each other with a delta point (13), the delta point (13) being grounded.
