SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing of units, and namely power transformers (15) or throttles. Essence of the invention: it is proposed to transfer required separation of potential (11/1, 11/2) to suppress asymmetrical disturbing actions onto the side of inputs (18, 19, 20) of static frequency converter (2), i.e. onto grid side (4).
EFFECT: increasing test power of a mobile test system.
