SUBSTANCE: for transfer of control signals interruptions of supply voltage are used, and duration of a time interval between them is used as a control command, at the same time to select switching moments, a unit of input voltage phase control is used, comprising a sensor of grid phase and a programmable digital circuit of phase self-tuning of frequency of the 2nd order of astatism, command generation is started by disconnection of a power key for the time of one half-wave of supply voltage, after passing of N half-waves the power key is repeatedly disconnected, the number N is used as a command for actuating devices, which receive supply via this power key, after connection of devices to the line, each device is assigned a conventional number by its serial number, information is issued in two modes, in the mode of operational control and in the tuning and diagnostics mode, and if there is voltage in the line, commands are sent, which comprise n-markers, where n≥2.
EFFECT: increased validity of information transfer and reduced system cost.
