FIELD: data transmission.

SUBSTANCE: to transmit and generate data, the control information system encodes each data code sequence and sends a request to obtain data in the form of a signal through a gateway repeater. Gateway repeater in the form of a signal generates a request for one or more subscriber devices. Subscriber device generates a request in the form of a signal to transmit data to connected external devices, which in response to transmit data to the subscriber device. Each subscriber device generates a data packet and alternately sends it to the gateway relay. Gateway relay sends the received data packet to the control information system.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of encoding information with the possibility of its reading only by a gateway repeater or a subscriber device.
