FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and may be used in nephrology, endocrinology, hepatology, gastroenterology, oncology, surgery. A biopsy attachment needle consists of a body with a handle opening from the end for connection of an ultrasonic piezoelectric transducer of microprocessor HF generator 300, thumb handles and a conductor at the bottom of the body, and a locked cover on the opposite side. On the working end of the body, there is a lock for a movable unit of the biopsy needle. The biopsy needle consists of a stiletto a base of which is threaded on the inside surface for movable fixation of a mandrin. The mandrin consists of the base of the conductor handle for introducing the conductor into the stiletto, a stiletto cap to limit the conductor mobility, a threaded cylinder for fixation to the stiletto, mandrin springs to return the conductor into the operating position, and the ultrasonic wave conductor. The conductor comprises a biopsy catheter channel with a hole for a biopsy material with a vacuum syringe.

EFFECT: provided ability to sample multiple biopsy materials from the same puncture, maintained resistant hoemostasis, prevented haemorrhages.
