SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular, hygiene, and is intended for tooth cleaning. The tooth brush head contains a bristle holder (7) including a bristle holder (7) fixture so that to enable its movement. Positioned on the bristle holder (7) are at least two external bristle strands (11) and several internal bristle strands (13a, 13b, 13c). The external bristle strands (11) are higher than the internal ones (13a, 13b, 13c). The brush operating surface is formed by the free ends of the external and the external strands (11; 13a, 13b, 13c) bristles and has a central indentation with a concave groove-shaped bottom (17) that is curvilinear in one direction. At least one external bristle strand (11) has a tapered brim on he external edge of its free end positioned next to the bristle holder (7) peripheral side.

EFFECT: ensuring effective and complete cleaning of interproximal spaces without deterioration of tooth side surfaces cleaning effectiveness combined with ensuring comfortable sensations during teeth cleaning and handling ease due to self centering effect.
