The mincing machine comprises a body, an auger, a lattice, a knife and a captive nut, additionally comprises a crank fixed on the auger shaft and a knife blade. The mincing machine body includes a slot, and a jacket made of two detachable parts, front and back ones, adjoins the body. The back part is equipped with a longitudinal slot. The end of the jacket adjoining the body also has a slot with a seal. The slot on the body matches the slot of the jacket end. One end of the knife blade is connected to the crank with the finger, and the second end is pulled through the slot in the body inside the jacket, and is also fixed with the help of the finger, which is in the longitudinal slot of the jacket back part.
