FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid and solution sprayers. Proposed atomiser comprises housing with swirling chamber and nozzle. Housing is composed of union with fluid feed hole and coaxial cylindrical sleeve rigidly jointed thereto. Said sleeve accommodates conical and cylindrical chambers aligned with fluid feed holes. Nozzle composed of two-stage centrifugal swirler connected with nozzle outlet conical chamber is arranged at housing bottom and separated from fluid feed hole by perforated web secured at housing end surface on fluid feed side. Note here that swirler first stage is arranged at its top and comprises cylindrical chamber accommodating the rod aligned therewith and provided with screw plate secured thereat. Note here that said rod is secured at the center of perforated web. Swirler second stage is aligned with first one and composed of annular cylindrical chamber. The latter is connected in series with swirler first-stage cylindrical chamber and furnished with tangential holes to feed fluid via aforesaid cylindrical annular chamber made by swirler case and sleeve cylindrical chamber.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.
