SUBSTANCE: steel contains the following component ratio, wt %: carbon 0.01 - 0.06, manganese 0.10 to less than 0.30, silicon to less than 0.01, phosphorus not more than 0.020, sulphur more than 0.003 to maximum 0.015, chrome not more than 0.10, nickel maximum 0.10, copper maximum 0.15, aluminium 0.005 - 0.015, calcium 0.0001 - 0.005, nitrogen maximum 0.008, and iron is the rest.
EFFECT: providing required value o relative reduction of a cross section after rupture.
