SUBSTANCE: tubular valve 14 is used as outlet means from the process under pressure. Tubular valve has minimum length that is by two times more than diameter of the tube, and lime sludge column can be retained within its limits as a pressure gate, and lime sludge column can be lowered through the tubular valve under action of pressure difference between inner and outer surfaces of the tube so that the tube diameter enlarges uniformly throughout its length by 5-10%, or at least by 4-6 mm.
EFFECT: invention allows minimising pressure losses through the outlet hole, controlling formation of blockages, avoiding the need for installation of a liquid separator, as well as making it possible to supply dry lime sludge directly to the lime burning furnace.
