SUBSTANCE: shutter consists of a detachable housing consisting of two parts with inlet and outlet branch pipes, a passage, a damper with curved surfaces, seats with parallel located flat sleeves, a spindle and a flywheel. Generatrixes of curved surface of the damper are determined from the dependence providing gradual growth of deformation of elastic flexible surface of the seat and forces of pressure to it of damper as it is being lowered. Proposed versions of shutters can be used in process pulp lines at concentration mills.

EFFECT: improvement of structural and operating parameters of a shutter.
