FIELD: control pipeline valves.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shut-off and control pipeline valves, mainly to gate valves. A shut-off and control valve with a removable block of throttling grids contains a body with inlet and outlet nozzles. Spring-loaded saddles are installed in the branch pipes, and between them there is a flat gate controlled by a spindle, mated to them with its two working surfaces. The block of throttling grids is installed in one of the saddles, which is designed to interact with the means for limiting the axial convergence of the saddles. The block of throttling grids consists of a base with longitudinal grooves and through holes and lattice discs. The lower end of the gate valve is made with the possibility of limiting its stroke by interacting with the lower part of the body when the gate valve is closed. The base of the block of throttling grids is made in the form of a disc, and the mentioned lattice discs are welded to it - the inner disc towards the gate and the outer disc towards the outlet pipe. The base and discs are both made with a plurality of aligned through-holes arranged in rows. On the inner end of both seats and for contact with the gate, sealing support rings with a flat-polished outer working surface and with an inner groove are welded to the end of the inner disk of the throttling grids block. Outside the cylindrical surface of the inner disc facing the inside of the body, a groove is made with the possibility of bearing against an annular protrusion formed by a decrease in the diameter of the cavity in the saddle. The outer cylindrical generatrix of the said sealing support ring is made flush with a cylindrical groove outside the inner end of each saddle, made with the possibility of mating with the lateral pallet cradle when the gate is raised above it to a height not less than the sum of the lateral pallet cradle deepening and the depth of the groove in the saddle. The pallet is made in the form of a horizontally located straight prism with a length not exceeding the gate width. On the upper side of the prism, coaxially to the axes of the saddles, there are cutouts in the form of three cylindrical cradles - the central one, conjugated with the curvilinearly convex surface of the gate end, and two lateral cradles recessed relative to the central cradle. The diameters of the lodgements correspond to the diameters of the indicated cylindrical grooves at the ends of both seats. The pallet has beveled ends and a recess at the bottom, in which the pusher head is located, the rod of which is passed through the sleeve in the guide sleeve, hermetically placed in the latter. The pusher rod is mated with the bottom of the glass, covering the specified sleeve with the possibility of free movement. Under the flange of the open part of the glass, there is a compression spring, the lower end of which is supported on the bottom of the cup-shaped lid, hermetically connected to the centering ring welded to the bottom of the body. An O-ring is installed between the centering ring and the sleeve. The free play of the said glass is not less than the free play in the “pallet - saddle” pair. A post can be detachably attached to the outer surface of the cover, which can be provided with a flat support.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the valve operation by axially fixing the seats and protecting the seat space and throttling grids from clogging.
