SUBSTANCE: driving device with controlled flow rate for valve containing: hydro-gas-dynamic drive that contains casing with internal chamber and inlet for fluid connected downstream to the internal chamber, actuating shaft protruding from the casing, note that actuating shaft is mounted capable of movement in response to fluid adding into the internal chamber or removal of fluid from the internal chamber, and fluid control valve connected downstream to the said inlet of the casing, note that the valve contains: casing that has through channel along longitudinal axis, shoulder mounted in through channel, saddle mounted in through channel, bleeding disk located in through channel between shoulder and saddle, and hole going through the bleeding disk, note that the bleeding disk is capable of movement in through channel between shoulder and saddle in response to fluid passing the through channel, and capable of restraining fluid flow rate passing the through channel into casing internal chamber, and release fluid flow without restrictions from casing internal chamber via through channel.
