SUBSTANCE: pump comprises a body (2) defining an internal space (3) with an inlet opening (4) and an outlet opening (5) respectively for sucking and ejecting the conveyed medium, and a chamber(7) associated with the space (3). The chamber (7) comprises the first pipeline system (29) of the hydraulic valve system (22) for supplying hydraulic valve water into the chamber (7) defined by the body (2), the second pipeline system (32) for discharging the controlled flow lost due to leak from the chamber (7) defined by the body (2), and the safety valve (35) located in the second pipeline system (32) for blocking the flow lost due to leaks, exhausted from the chamber (7).

EFFECT: creating a device which can independently block the controlled leakage at the termination of the hydraulic valve water supply, and retain the blocking hereinafter.
