FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for the purpose of simulating intestinal antiperistalsis, a segment of the small intestine is isolated in a small laboratory animal. Serotonin adipate is introduced. 1% Serotonin adipate is introduced in a dose of 0.7-1.5 mg. Said dose is administered in two ways: a first portion of the dose is administered in the mesentery of a distal end of the isolated small intestine, and then the rest - in its wall.
EFFECT: method is simple and cheap to be implemented; a model is reliable with a simplified set of homogeneous groups, using a smaller number of laboratory animals by the double-way introduction of the simulating substance.
