FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: in the detection method, detected signals are filtered in matched filters which are connected at the inputs, each being matched with one of the detected signals; each of the filtered signals is compared with a constant threshold level in the corresponding main processing channel and with a controlled threshold level in a corresponding additional processing channel. The controlled threshold level is calculated based on the current measurement of the signal component and noise at the output of the corresponding n-th matched filter at the moment of the reference reading, which is defined by the point of intersection of the envelope curves of the information and interfering signals, the calculated noise correlation coefficient, the known power of output noise of the matched filters and the given false alarm probability. A decision on detection of an information symbol is made based on the combination of the presence and absence of signals at outputs of threshold devices.

EFFECT: high noise-immunity of detecting pulsed radio signals against interfering radio pulses and white noise with unknown energy and frequency-time resources of the transmission channel.
