FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to breeding of soyabean plant. The method includes selection of a flower on the mother plant in the period III of the organogenesis phase (bud), opening the bud on the side opposite the long serrature of its cup, partial castration of the flower through the gap formed after the opening, application directly on the bud snout of the pollen from the flower of the male parent, closing the bud, and its labeling. Opening the bud is carried out through two vertical notches of its cup at a distance from each other of 1.0-1.5 mm and bending down of the "tab" obtained between these notches. Partial castration of the flower is carried out by removing the petals of the flower-crown and several anthers adjacent to the snout. Closing the bud after applying the pollen from flower of the male parent directly to the snout of the bud is carried out by returning of the "tab" in its initial state.
EFFECT: invention enables to improve the efficiency of the method of obtaining artificial hybrids of soybean due to reduction of damage of the maternal flowers elements (pistil and snout) and isolation of pollinated buds from harmful effects of environmental factors, and simultaneous creation inside the pollinated flower of conditions of microclimate close to natural.
