SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and breeding. Invention is a method of pollination of Petunia lines with gametophytic type-incompatibility on the basis of the pollination of the buds, with subsequent isolation and labeling, consists in fact, that the day before flower opening under stained bud stage, the castration of anthers is carried out, then perform geitonogamy pollination with pollen from the open flower of the same plant, coating the stigma of the pistil with visible layer of pollen wherein the pollination is carried out at a temperature of 25–30 °C.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain inbred seeds from self-incompatible plants in larger quantities while reducing labor costs for their production.
