SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. To saturate tissues and organs with embalming solutions corpse is placed for 120-160 min into water at t 40°C. Cannulas are introduced into femoral artery and into femoral vein and vascular bed is washed with warm physiological solution with addition of 1-2% sodium citrate solution. Femoral vein is hermetised and solution, containing formalin, glycerol, with the following ratio, %: ethyl alcohol - 0.09-0.1; glycerol 0.08-0.1; formalin 0.01 - 0.02; urea 2.5-14.5; thymol 1.2-1.4; physiological solution up to 100.0, is introduced into artery. Obtained solution is introduced in dose 100 ml per 1 kg of corpse weight. After filling vascular bed, corpse is placed into bath, filled with solution, which has the following composition, %: alcohol 20.0; Formalin 5.0; Glycerol 10.0; Water up to 100.0.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to preserve structure of internal organs.
