FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packages used for sausage products manufacture. The net contains longitudinal elements having knitted stitch structure and crosswise elements crossing them and formed by strings positioned along the set periphery crosswise relative to the longitudinal elements. Each string forming crosswise elements between every two adjacent longitudinal elements is laid between them in a zigzag way along the whole net length, passing from one longitudinal element onto a neighbouring one and backwards, thus creating, together with the longitudinal elements, triangular-shaped net meshes. The produced net is bonded to the casing wherewith sausage products are coated.
EFFECT: invention ensures creation of net-coated sausage product casing as well as sausage products in net-coated casing.
