SUBSTANCE: sausage product net has a sleeve shape with elements positioned longitudinally and cross-wise where the longitudinally positioned elements have a loopy structure. At least two longitudinally positioned adjacent elements have a curly shape while the remaining longitudinally positioned elements are designed rectilinear. Each element having a curly shape is alternately knitted along the whole length of the net with the longitudinally positioned adjacent elements positioned either side of such element.
EFFECT: expansion of the array of technical means used during sausage product manufacture.
