FIELD: fodder production, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method for preparing the composite fodder mixture involves mixing brewery production waste containing beer dregs and depleted beer yeast with vegetable raw, urea and mineral additives: chalk, iron, manganese, zinc and copper sulfate, monocalcium phosphate, magnesium oxide, potassium iodide and sodium chloride. Mixing is carried out in mixer with rotation frequency 3-4 rev/min for 20-30 min up to preparing the uniform mass. Invention provides reduction of complexity of technological process for preparing the composite fodder mixture and enhancement of nutrient value of fodder mixture due to the increased level of protein, vitamin of group B and mineral elements. Fodder mixture can be used for feeding agricultural animals and poultries. EFFECT: enhanced value of mixture. 2 tbl
