FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to carbamide gasification for reducing nitrogen oxide concentration in combustion products. Proposed method comprises carbamide feed into gasification chamber and injecting heated gases therein upstream of carbamide feed point. Injector allows distributing carbamide in the form of fine particles or drops. Note here that heated gas temperature upstream of carbamide feed point makes, at least, 204°C. Note also that said chamber is equipped with perforated gas distribution plate with central opening and set of smaller holes. The latter are arranged to create gas flow velocity nearby injector higher than that around chamber side walls. Gas distribution plate is located so that gas flow via central opening and between injector and aforesaid plate.

EFFECT: uniform gas distribution.
