FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. In compliance with first version, die comprises upper plate, lower plate with working cavity, pressure surface and extractor, pressure plate, and is mounted at double- or triple-action press. At least, two pneumatic extractors with pistons and rods are secured in lower die along its edges and opposite half-stock edge. Rods may extend from lower plate pressure surface to disconnect half-stock edge from lower die pressure surface when extractor starts moving up. In compliance with second version, die comprises male die, female die with working cavity and pressure surface, pressure plate and is mounted on double- or triple-action automatic press. At least, two pneumatic extractors with pistons and rods are secured in lower die along its edges and opposite semis edge. Rods may extend from lower plate pressure surface to disconnect half-stock edge from lower die pressure surface before withdrawing the half-stock.
EFFECT: higher quality and precision, reduced labor input.
