FIELD: transport, package.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises case and variable-volume vessel for sealed packing of fluid. One-way dispensing valve may displace relative to case between storage and dispensing position. Said valve has body, seat, flow diaphragm extending through said body and seat, and valve inlet communicated with aforesaid vessel with fluid. Valve flexible part to stop the seat communicates with fluid inlet and may displace between normally closed position whereat flexible part enters the seat while valve and vessel are tightly isolated from ambient atmosphere, and open position whereat valve part segment is radially isolated from seat to allow fluid to flow via valve hole when fluid pressure at valve inlet exceeds that of valve opening. Manual drive and pump are equipped with compressible element making compression chamber communicated with said vessel for fluid and dispensing valve. Note that displacement of said compressible element from one position into another causes increase in pressure to that exceeding valve opening pressure. Displacement of valve flexible part into open position allows fluid dispensing.
