FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for refilling a container. Method is intended for refilling container (26) with dosing pump assembled on its neck (7), and includes the following stages: [1] installation of container (26) in inverted position and formation of hydraulic connection of inner space of refilling cartridge (30) with liquid for refuelling using air channel (22), which is available in pump and communicates inner volume (8) of container with outer space at certain position of piston (11) of pump; [2] moving the piston to establish a hydraulic connection between the inner space of the refilling cartridge and inner volume (8) through the air passage; [3] increasing the pressure which is applied to the liquid in the inner space of the refilling cartridge, to allow the passage of a portion of the liquid into the inner space, which increases the pressure which is applied to the inner space; [4] reducing the pressure in the inner space of the refilling cartridge to a value less than the pressure in the inner space, which enables passage of air from the inner space into the inner space of the refilling cartridge through the air passage; [5] repeating steps [3] and [4] at least once; [6] disconnection of cartridge for refilling.

EFFECT: development of a system allowing to refill containers (preferably, bottles) having a dosing pump assembled on them.
