SUBSTANCE: mechanism converting back-and-forth movement to back-and-turning movement includes a support, a driven link connected to the support, a drive link connected to the driven link, and guides. Links are made in the form of flexible bodies. Shutoff device includes a housing, a fixed seat with through openings closed with a shutoff valve connected to a control element with possibilities of back-and-forth movement or back-and-rotating movement, and guides. The shutoff valve is made in the form of a drive link and a driven link of the above mechanism, which are connected to each other. Links are made in the form of flexible bodies. The drive link is connected to the control element. The driven link is connected to the support and located so that through openings in the seat can be closed.
EFFECT: improving technical characteristics, reducing labour costs and simplifying the design.
