FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: drive contains the engine, the reducer, the mechanism converting the rotary motion into the reciprocating one. It comprises drive and driven pulleys wrapped by continuous flexible link engaged with carriage connected with counterweight fitted in the housing guides and coupled via flexible link with suspension of rods. The upper pulley is installed in the housing with a possibility of rotation and limited movement along an axis of the conversion mechanism for regulation of tension of the continuous flexible linkage by means of the tension mechanism consisting of the mobile housing installed on a longitudinal skid of the drive housing and connected to the pusher. The tension mechanism pusher is designed as hydraulic pair cylinder - piston the mobile part of which supports the housing of the top pulley. The tension mechanism is designed as a hydraulic pump interconnected through the delivery valve with the pusher cylinder cavity which is interconnected with the feeding vessel interconnected through the suction valve with the pump. The mobile part of the pump is connected to the lever with a possibility of rotation with reference to the drive housing and interaction with a counterbalance for movement of the pusher mobile part upwards. The feeding vessel is fitted from above with a load creating excessive pressure in the feeding vessel and in the pump cylinder cavity for return of the pump mobile part with the lever into a starting position.

EFFECT: increase of service life of the flexible linkage and the drive in general, decrease of labour input and costs of service.
