FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: drive contains the engine, the reducer, the mechanism converting the rotary motion into the reciprocating one. It comprises the driving and the driven pulleys enveloped with a continuous flexure link joined with a carriage connected to counterbalance. The top pulley is installed in the housing with a possibility of rotation and limited movement along the axis of the converting mechanism. The tension mechanism pusher is designed as hydraulic pair cylinder - piston the mobile part of which supports the housing of the top pulley. The tension mechanism is designed as a hydraulic pump interconnected with the pusher cylinder cavity which is interconnected through the control device with the feeding vessel interconnected with the pump. The mobile part of the pump is connected with the lever with a possibility of rotation with reference to the drive housing and interaction with a counterbalance for movement of the pusher mobile part upwards when the tension of the continuous flexure link below the selected value of the tension force.
EFFECT: increase of service life of the drive, decrease of dynamic loads on borehole equipment, labour input and costs of service of the drive.
