FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical means for fluid lifting from wells and can be used in oil industry for extraction of oil with the help of oil-well pumps. Drive includes the following components, mounted on the base body frame: engine, reduction gear, a mechanism converting rotational motion into reciprocal. It comprises drive and driven pulleys wrapped by continuous flexible link engaged with carriage connected with counterweight fitted in the housing guides and coupled via flexible link with suspension of rods. Axles of said converting mechanism, counterweight and flexible link are located nearby one vertical plane. Top pulley is installed in housing and ensures a possibility of rotation and restricted movement along the axis of the converting mechanism for adjustment of continuous flexible link with the help of a tensioning mechanism consisting of a movable housing with a pulley axle mounted on longitudinal slides of the drive housing and connected with the pusher. Pusher of the tensioning mechanism is made in the shape of a hydraulic pair of a cylinder and piston, the movable part of which supports the top pulley case. Tensioning mechanism is made in the shape of a hydraulic plunger- or piston pump interconnected through the pressure valve with the pusher cylinder. Movable part of the pump is equipped with load, selected with a view to a possibility of own movement and movement of a movable part of the pusher in case of relief of tensioning of the continuous flexible link below the selected tension value.

EFFECT: periodic maintenance of the tightening mechanism is excluded and constant tension force is ensured.
