FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: actuating mechanism has a configuration providing for split and movable connection with a cap and possibility of tight sealing of a fluid medium in idle condition and release of fluid medium in running condition. At the same time the actuating mechanism comprises at least two holes - an outlet hole and a hole for inflow of fluid medium. The measurement actuating mechanism has the first seal at the first end of the measurement actuating mechanism around the outlet hole and the second seal arranged closer to the hole for inflow of fluid medium. At the same time each seal stretches continuously and in circumferential direction around the actuating mechanism in the plane parallel to the ends of the actuating mechanism. The first seal comprises two ledges, the first ledge of the seal arranged closer to the first end of the actuating mechanism, and the second ledge of the seal arranged closer to the second end of the measurement mechanism. At the first ledge of the seal is arranged with the possibility to be in a permanent sealing contact with the inner surface of the cap. The second ledge of the seal is arranged with the possibility to enter the sealing contact with the inner surface of the cap and its disengagement, when the actuating mechanism is in action. The cap comprises at least three holes - an outlet hole, a hole for seating of the actuating mechanism and a hole for inflow of fluid medium. The measuring block comprises a cap, an actuating mechanism and a spring. At the same time the cover for protection of the measurement block has a configuration providing for fixation with the cap and/or measurement block, and the measurement device comprises a cover, a cap, an actuating mechanism, a spring and a container.

EFFECT: simplified movement of an actuating mechanism, reduced risk of leakage.
