FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to medical engineering. A tubing set for a blood processing system includes the first connector configured to connect to a separation device within the blood processing system. The first connector has the first inlet configured to be fluidly connected to an outlet of the separation device, an outlet and the second inlet. The first tube fluidly connects to the outlet and is configured to be fluidly connected to the separation device and a blood component storage container. The second tube is fluidly connected to the second inlet and is configured to be fluidly connected to the separation device and a saline storage container. The second tube includes the second connector that connects to the saline storage container. Disclosed is a connector for the blood processing system.
EFFECT: the technical result consists in reducing the risk for blood donor.
