FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: spectral analysis device has a radiation source, an entrance slit, a diffraction grating in whose focal plane there is a multielement photodetector which is connected by its output to the first input of an information processing and recording unit. The device has a second multielement photodetector placed in the plane of the spetacularly reflected image of the entrance slit with possibility of detecting beams of both reference and determined spectral lines, the output of which is connected to the second input of the information processing and recording unit.

EFFECT: high accuracy and fast determination of the wavelength of spectral lines, shorter measurement time.
