FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: systems and methods are designed to control appropriate initial transfers and repeated transfers of information in a wireless communication system. Different mechanisms are described for processing of a new data indicator (NDI), associated with appropriate transfers carried out for one or more processes of a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) for a HARQ process, jointly used between different planning circuits, an NDI may be considered, which is associated with the last transfer as switched independently on the NDI value, after recognition of the fact that the used planning circuit with the help of a radio network time identifier (RNTI) has changed between subsequent transfers from semi-permanent planning for dynamic planning, permitting processing of the last transfer as transfer of new data. Different methods are described in this description for NDI processing in case of transfer of uplink representation and assignment of downlink.
EFFECT: increased throughput capacity of transfer channels.
