SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wireless communication system, specifically to a method and apparatus for semi-persistent communication planning using V2X technology. Communication system configures half-persistent scheduling (SPS) information of direct connection (SL) for the user device. Method comprises steps of determining, by means of a base station, a radio network (RNTI) temporary identifier SPS of a direct connection (SL), transmitting, by the base station, providing an SL including downlink control information (DCI) to a user device, wherein the initial subframe for the direct connection control (SC) period is determined based on the shift value and the subframe in which the SL granting is received.

EFFECT: supporting multiple SPS configurations for scheduling SPS for V2X.
