SUBSTANCE: systems and methods are described, which facilitate multiple registrations and mobility on the basis of flows in a wireless communication network. A component of flows routing may be included into a mobile device, a home agent / r-gateway or a server of policy and billing rules function, which determines, how to route one or more IP-flows via a set of points of access to a network. The component of flows routing may determine routing on the basis of a set of policies and/or network data, for instance, requirements to quality of service, requirements to a pass band, network overload, active IP-flows at the current time, etc.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of flows routing in wireless communication networks.
