FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and fodder production and a method of producing protein-vitamin fodder additive, which can be used for production of fodder in farming enterprises. Method comprises milling feedstock into particles size of no more than 1 mm, adding water to obtain a substrate, heat treatment of substrate, fermentation in aerobic conditions and plasmolysis of obtained suspension. After plasmolysis suspension is dried to 8-10 % dry substances. Feedstock used is pre-dried brewer grains, which are milled on apparatus for mechanical preparation of feedstock, including a screen separator for separation of particulate matter and a crusher with a sieve with cell 1 mm, to obtain in one pass through crusher not less than 50 % ground grains with size less than 1 mm, which is used during fermentation. Coarse fractions of more than 1 mm size are directed to prepare fodder mixtures.
EFFECT: invention enhances nutritive value and prolongs storage life of protein-vitamin additive.
