FIELD: agriculture; biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and fodder production, particularly to a method for production of fodder additive, which can be used in production of fodders in farming enterprises. Method envisages initial raw material milling and adding water to obtain a substrate, followed by heat treatment of the substrate, the process of fermentation in aerobic conditions, the obtained suspension plasmolysis and sodium or potassium hypochlorite preservation in the form of 5 % aqueous solutions in the dosage of 0.005-0.01 % to the suspension volume as per the active chlorine. Starting raw material used is brewer grains mechanically milled on a preliminary mechanical raw material preparation plant, which includes a screen separator to separate impurities and a driller with a sieve with cells of 1 mm size to produce at least 50 % of milled grains sized less than 1 mm, which is used during fermentation, in one pass through the driller. Coarse fractions of more than 1 mm size are directed to prepare fodder mixtures.
EFFECT: invention implementation ensures enhancement of nutritive value of the fodder additive got as a biosuspension as per a simplified technology.
