FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed manipulator may be used in making equipment for flat glass article chamfering. Manipulator comprises holder, element to fasten said holder to support and tool head drive with balancing weight. Holder is composed of separate articulated links. Said element to fasten said holder to support is coupled with holder first link. Hinges are arranged at link end edges, opposite each other. Said hinges can lock said links. Extreme link of stationary support is 1.5-2 times longer than the next link. Chamfers are made on ends of the link coupled with machining head. Tool drive is composed of four-link leverage. Two levers of said leverage accommodate balancing weights.

EFFECT: simplified design and adjustment.
