Proposed device comprises signal generator to output signal indicating transformer station voltage measured by appropriate measurement unit exceeding that of station voltage stabilisation set by appropriate setting unit connected to transformer station voltage stabilisation unit, station voltage measurement unit and first input of added element AND. Second input of said element is connected with zero current generator output while its output is connected with input of inverter unit switch-on signal generator.

EFFECT: higher reliability in traction and regenerative braking.
