FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to method of damage control in case of hull breach. Bathyplane comprise hull accommodating technical hardware to ensure operation and survivability. Bathyscaphe hull comprises structural inner shell and outer skin to make inner space communicated with outer medium and divided by bulkheads into compartments. Device to recovery of submarine null functionality is arranged in interhull compartments and composed of one, preferably, two-three layers of elastic strap with one edge locked at interhull space structural element to allow displacement of strap free edge in normal to hull surface and, at least, along said surface in one direction.
EFFECT: simplified process, faster recovery.
