Proposed vessel comprises hull to house service equipment including engine unit with propulsor. Device to recovery of submarine null functionality is arranged in interhull compartments. Note here that said compartments accommodate device to recover the hull functionality composed of one, preferably, two-three layers of elastic strap with one edge locked at interhull space structural element to allow displacement of strap free edge in normal to hull surface and, at least, along said surface in one direction.
