FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: exhaust hood comprises a vortex generator, made as capable of development of a vortex air flow, including at least circular, cyclonic, vortex and/or spiral motion of air and capable of pulling in evaporation or smoke into the exhaust hood, and facilities of stabilisation for increased stability of a vortex air flow. The vortex air flow may rotate around the axis, and/or the vortex generator is arranged around one or several axes, besides, stabilisation facilities are made as capable of inclining the vortex generator axis and/or the vortex air flow relative to the vertical direction so that especially in the case, if the exhaust hood is installed on the wall, there is a possibility to send the vortex air flow away from the wall.
EFFECT: increased stability of a vortex air flow, higher efficiency of evaporation pull-in, reduction of area required for installation, reduced costs.
