SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an exhaust hood designed for sucking air from the first part to the second. The exhaust hood designed for sucking air from the first part to the second part comprises a first exhaust means for drawing air into the exhaust hood by creation of at least a direct suction into the exhaust hood, the second exhaust means for drawing air into the exhaust hood by creation of at least a circular, cyclone or spiral movement, and the second exhaust means is made with the ability to operate in enhanced mode, at that the second exhaust means temporarily increases the suction performed by the first exhaust means and/or the first and second exhaust means are made with the ability to operate in pulsed working mode or alternatively. Also the method of sucking air by means of the exhaust hood is disclosed.
EFFECT: improved performance of suction, increased suction mode, fastness of smoke removal.
