FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: cartridge contains a bullet, an encapsulated case and a charge from powder located in it. Powder consists of pyroxyline, diphenylamine, dinitrotoluene, centralite I, graphite, ethyl acetate and moisture. The charge contains 70…80 wt % of pyroxyline with nitrogen oxide content 212.7…214.5 ml NO/g and 20…30 wt % of reusable-process non-desensitised wastes from previous operations, centralite I and 4.0…6.0 wt % of dinitrotoluene, with bulk density 0.970…0.995 kg/dm³ at the following fractional composition of powder, wt %: powder fraction passed through the screen 0.7 and remained on the screen 0.4 - not less than 90, powder fraction remained on the screen 0.7 and passed through the screen 0.4 - not more than 10. Powder elements are phlegmatised in relation to powder by mixture 4.0…6.0 wt %.

EFFECT: increasing bullet flight speed.
