SUBSTANCE: in a system of pipelines and equipment (3, 4, 5) for a cooling fluid in a certain zone of low pressure a working pressure is pulled, which is lower than the pressure of atmospheric air. Working pressure may be, for instance, in the range from 20 to 900 mbar. The cooling device has a low pressure device (10) in the cooling fluid system with a vacuum pump (14) and a pneumatic circuit breaker (13), in particular, a double-stage differential pneumatic circuit breaker, which controls an electromagnetic valve at the side of vacuum (15) and an electromagnetic valve at the side of the fluid (16).

EFFECT: prevention of leakage of a cooling fluid and elimination of a related risk of damage or failure of electric and electronic structural elements and modular blocks, and also increased efficiency and reliability of cooling at relatively low costs.
