FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: skin, subcutaneous fat and fascia lata are incised. By means of an electric coagulator, tendons of a ventral gluteal muscle and a minimal gluteal muscle are stripped together with a joint capsule up to an upper edge of acetabulum. The formed anterior muscular-capsular flap is stripped from a femoral neck and an intertrochanteric region to a small trochanter; an upper part of broad external muscle is separated.
EFFECT: reduced number of injuries and risk of developing postoperative complications, reduced length of the intervention and length of treatment.
